REXE Inc. ("REXE," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website rexe.world (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not operate, even if they are linked from the Site.

Information you provide to us. If you contact us — for example, through a contact form, an email link, or a request for information — we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health data, or precise geolocation) through the Site.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

General rights. You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out. You may exercise these rights yourself or through an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. We honor these rights where they apply.

11. International Visitors

REXE Inc. is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
